OSL-OFN3003A is a high-performance and low-power CMOS optical navigation module, which calculates the actual movement trajectory by acquiring the position change of the surface reflected light. The chip integrates a crystal oscillator and an optical navigation system, which can capture and run at a maximum speed of 30 inches per second and can be programmed via the i2c bus.
OSL-OFN3003A module adopts CMOS process optical sensor and DSP image processing to realize the function of finger-mouse navigation without mechanical motion engine.
This OFN module is suitable for personal handheld mobile devices, such as: mobile phones, laptops,gaming devices, handheld gaming terminals,remote controls, PPT remote control,handheld keyboards,GPS navigation and IPTV.
Application description:This remote adopts the OSL-OFN3003A module to control the TV screen by flicking the fingers on the remote supported by Optical Finger Navigation, and also supports TV screen resolution adaptive function to reach different resolutions at 800, 1600 or 3000CPI when combining finger flicking with the Dome button.
